Joshua Pieterse is a compliance, regulatory, and operational risk leader with extensive experience in legal and compliance roles across Asia Pacific. They previously served as Managing Director and Head of Legal and Compliance for the Macquarie Funds Group and held leadership positions at Fidelity International, Credit Suisse, and UBS, focusing on regulatory matters and team management. Joshua holds a Master of Laws from Kings College London and a Bachelor of Laws with honors from the University of Technology, Sydney. Currently, they are the Managing Director and Head of Compliance and Operational Risk Control for Asset Management at UBS.
