Heather Ring is the Director and Global Head of Group Risk Control Recruiting at UBS, having joined the company in 2017 as an Associate Director of Recruiting for the Nashville Business Solutions Center. In this role, they oversee recruitment for Risk, Compliance, Finance, Investment Bank, and Legal positions within UBS' Nashville offices. Before UBS, Heather was a Senior Associate at Heyman Associates from 2013 to 2017, where they specialized in recruiting for corporate communications and public relations across various industries. They hold a B.A. in Communication and Media Studies from Western Michigan University and are currently pursuing a degree in Communication & Marketing from American InterContinental University.
