Hannah Mitchell is the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at UBS, where they focus on activism and defense strategies. Previously, Hannah served as an Associate Director in the same domain, after working in Special Situations Equity Sales at UBS from 2019 to 2021. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley and completed various internships, including at Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. Hannah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with first-class honors from the University of Exeter.
