Francis Gardeyn is a seasoned digital transformation leader in global financial services, currently serving as Managing Director at UBS, where they lead the Unified Global Markets readiness stream. With over 20 years of experience, they have driven financial product innovation in various roles, notably at Credit Suisse, where they established market leadership in structured insurance products and secured multiple awards for structured retail product innovations.
