Alicja Ładowska-Pietrzak is currently the Head of HR Lifecycle (Executive Director) at UBS, where they are establishing a new global HR service delivery model and driving consistency in organizational culture and process standardization. Previously, they served as the Head of HR Service Delivery at Credit Suisse, leading their team through integration with UBS while ensuring stable operational HR services. Alicja began their career as Team Leader at GE Money Services Eisenstadt GmbH, managing a team focused on debt collection and legal issues, and has held various leadership roles in HR across multiple companies. Alicja also holds a Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Wroclaw University of Technology, along with certifications in Project Management and Economics.
