Markus J. is the Deputy Head of Group Internal Audit at Union Bancaire Privée, where they support the Group internal audit head in reporting and senior management communication. With a strong background in internal auditing that includes experience as an Internal Auditor and Internal Audit Manager at UBP, Markus has supervised various audit missions and developed expertise in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Operations, and Compliance. Prior to their role at UBP, they worked as an Assistant Manager in Assurance, Risk & Compliance at Deloitte Switzerland. Markus holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and completed a diploma thesis at the University of Geneva.
