Parimal Nerkar is a Senior Program Manager with over 14 years of experience in global outsourcing, specializing in business development and program management. Previously serving in various roles at Cognizant, Parimal managed multi-national teams and was instrumental in the end-to-end design and deployment of operating models for major clients, including Google and Apple. Currently at Uber, Parimal focuses on wellbeing, engagement, and procurement, leading initiatives that enhance workplace culture across APAC. Parimal holds an MBA in Finance and IT as well as a diploma in Event Management from DMSR Tirpude College.
