Mike Promutico is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in technical talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Recruiting Manager at Uber, Mike leads a team of eight technical recruiters, managing hiring strategies for a global organization of over 2000 engineers. Prior to Uber, Mike held key roles at GSK, where contributions included leading talent acquisition efforts for multiple R&D groups, and M3 USA, overseeing the talent acquisition function across six subsidiaries.
