Kate Hollis is the Director of Employee Relations - APAC at Uber, where they lead the Employee Relations function and a team of ER Managers and Specialists. With a Master's Degree in Commerce (Human Resources) and over a decade of specialized experience, Kate has a demonstrated history in the tech industry, focusing on HR and Employee Relations. Previously, they served as Employee Relations Manager - International at Telstra, managing ER functions across multiple regions, and as Senior ER Manager at Uber, where they developed key strategies for the APAC Employee Relations team. Kate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology & Management from Monash University.
