Juan Pablo Eiroa served as the Director General of Uber Mexico from 2022 to 2024, having previously held positions as Senior Director and General Manager for the company. They were instrumental in leading strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies within Uber's Latin American customer experience. Prior to Uber, Eiroa worked at MetLife México, where they directed a $25 million annual transformation program and managed a team of over 120 individuals. Eiroa earned an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2012 to 2014.
