Carlota Marfà is the Learning & Development Programs Lead at Uber, where they oversee various initiatives to enhance employee training and development. Prior to this role, Carlota served as a Project Manager for Candidate Experience in Talent Acquisition Operations at Uber from 2019 to 2021. They have experience in psychology, having worked as a Psychologist in multiple settings, including the Brief Therapy Center and CEPFAMI, where they specialized in Couples and Family Therapy. Additionally, Carlota held positions in event management and human resources at CaixaBank and Buigas.
