Keiran Peterson is a third-year mechanical engineering student at the University of British Columbia, specializing in Mechatronics. As the Drivetrain and Braking Team Lead at UBC Baja SAE, Keiran oversees a team of seven in developing a first-generation 4WD powertrain for all-terrain racing. With a strong focus on CAD modeling, mechatronics, and manufacturing, Keiran has hands-on experience in drivetrain design and prototyping innovative mechanical systems. Currently, Keiran is also serving as a Manufacturing and Production Co-op at Moment Energy and holds a position as a Professional Representative within UBC Mechanical Engineering.
