Kristi Ross is a seasoned entrepreneur and finance professional with extensive experience in founding and leading companies in the financial media and specialty coffee sectors. Ross is currently the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of U3 Coffee, which aims to provide a meaningful coffee experience alongside premium products. Previously, Ross co-founded tastytrade, an online financial media company, serving as Co-CEO and Board Member until its acquisition by IG Group, where Ross held the position of Co-CEO for North America and continued as a consultant. Other board memberships include roles at 1871, TAB Bank, Small Exchange, Knightscope, and Sun Trading LLC. Ross is also a member of the ChicagoNEXT FinTech Council. Ross holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Norbert College.
