Maxim Kosse is an experienced R&D Team Leader with a strong background in engineering management within the construction and digital printing industries. With a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from The Open University, Maxim has honed skills in R&D, workforce matrix management, and engineering data management. Previously, they held positions at companies such as Electra LTD, MCE Mechanical & Conveying Engineering Ltd., and HP, where they managed engineering teams and led various innovative projects. Currently, Maxim serves as the Mechanical R&D Team Leader at Utron.
