Lynda Davis, Ph.D., is a highly experienced CXO currently leading the Veterans Affairs' customer-centered teams to enhance the experiences of military personnel and their families. Previously, they served as Chief Veteran Experience Officer and Acting Executive Director of the Center for Women Veterans at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where they championed customer experience improvements. Lynda also held significant roles, including President and CEO of The Carleton Group and Executive Vice President at the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors. Their extensive background in military and veteran support includes serving as Deputy Undersecretary of Defense and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Manpower and Reserve Affairs. Lynda obtained their degree from the University of Southern California.
