Fred Roche is the Associate Director of Operations and COO at the Marion VA Medical Center. Previously, they served as an Administrator at the Raleigh VA Health Care Center and held various administrative roles within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from 2012 to 2022, including Acting Associate Director of Operations and Clinic Administrative Officer. Fred earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master's degree in Health Administration from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.
