Brad Rosenberg is a civil litigator with 25 years of experience, currently serving as Special Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Federal Programs Branch. Brad has defended the Executive Branch in high-profile lawsuits of national significance and has managed teams of attorneys through complex litigation matters. Prior to this role, Brad held various positions within the Federal Programs Branch, including Senior Trial Counsel and Assistant Director. Brad began their legal career as a clerk for Judge Norman K. Moon and practiced as an associate at Mayer Brown, focusing on class actions and regulatory litigation. Brad holds a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
