Howard Osborne, DBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management, program management, and information technology. They have held senior executive roles, including Associate Chief Financial Officer at the US Environmental Protection Agency and Chief Financial Officer at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Currently, Howard serves as Deputy Director at the Office of Financial Management Systems and Chief Financial Officer at the Minority Business Development Agency, both within the U.S. Department of Commerce. They are also pursuing a Master's degree in Management at Troy University and a Doctorate of Business Administration at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
