Aleksandra Reinhardt is a seasoned learning strategist and senior instructional designer with extensive experience in developing training programs for various organizations, including U.S. Customs and Border Protection and USAID. Currently serving as a senior instructional systems designer, Aleksandra leads the design and modernization of intelligence training programs to enhance workforce skill development. Previously, at the National Foreign Affairs Training Center, Aleksandra created an innovative foreign language curriculum and instructed U.S. diplomats in Polish language and culture, earning multiple awards for excellence in curriculum design. Aleksandra is pursuing a Master of Arts in Social Sciences at Wesleyan University.
