Todd Trout has over three decades of experience in various leadership and sales roles within the financial services and operations sectors. Beginning as an intern at 3M Medical Imaging Systems Division in 1989, Todd later served as Vice President of Sales at Recognition Products Company from 1991 to 1995, before becoming President and CEO of Recognition Products Inc. from 1995 to 2005. Todd held the position of VP of Operations at Black Forest Ltd. from 2005 to 2013 and worked as a Licensed Agent for New York Life Insurance Company from April 2014 to June 2015. Most recently, Todd served in several positions at U.S. Bank, culminating as Community Bank President for Business Banking Relationship Management in April 2021, where responsibilities included building and maintaining lending and deposit relationships with customers.
