Nicola Cullen, LCI, possesses extensive experience in financial management and risk operations, holding various leadership roles across multiple organizations. At Elavon Merchant Services, Nicola served as the Financial Settlements Reconciliations Director, overseeing balance sheet responsibilities across seven jurisdictions with sixteen currencies, and later as a project and funding manager for EU initiatives. Nicola held multiple vice president roles at U.S. Bank, focusing on international issue control and European operations risk management frameworks, while also leading the controls and assessments for payment services. Additionally, Nicola's early career featured roles as a financial accountant in South Africa and as an accountant at McGill Construction. Nicola is academically qualified with degrees in Operational Risk, Banking Risk Management Practices, and Compliance from University College Dublin. Currently, Nicola is a member of the board of directors for a credit union.
