Nathanial Owen is the Director of Community-based Investment Programs at U.S. Bank, where they lead place-based investing strategies focused on select Black communities. Previously, Nathanial served as the founding director of Fondo Adelante, a Latino-focused CDFI in the San Francisco Bay Area that provides small business loans and affordable housing financing. They have a strong background in community development finance, having launched Accion Texas Inc.'s operations in multiple regions and overseeing MEDA’s COVID-19 response strategy. Nathanial holds a Graduate Degree in Economic and Community Development from the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service.
