Kelly Irving is currently a Labor Relations Officer for the United States Air Force, having held this position since 2023. Previously, Kelly served as a Human Resources Business Partner specializing in Employee/Labor Relations and held a similar role at Vertex Aerospace from 2018 to 2021, where they contributed to the NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center. Prior to that, Kelly worked as a Human Resources Generalist II at L-3 Communications from 2013 to 2018 and held an HR/Admin role at CSC from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their extensive experience in human resources, Kelly is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Healthcare Management from American Intercontinental University, maintaining a 3.9 GPA.
