Deanna Ryals is a distinguished member of the Senior Executive Service and currently serves as the Director of Space International Affairs in SAF/IA, providing critical advice on international armaments agreements and security cooperation in space. Deanna has held various leadership roles in the United States Air Force, including Director of Space International Affairs and Acquisition Program Manager, where significant partnerships in military satellite communication and national security space launches were established. With a background as a Financial Analyst for the US Army Corps of Engineers and positions within the Department of Defense, Deanna has developed extensive expertise in international space strategies. Deanna is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management with a Minor in Political Science from the University of Maryland University College.
