Constance Johnson-Cage is currently serving as the Federal Coordinating Officer and Region VII Lead Field Coordinator at FEMA, where they lead disaster assistance coordination following federally declared disasters. They also work as an Individual Mobilization Augmentee to the Director of Personnel at the Headquarters Air Force/Pentagon. Previously, Constance has held various leadership roles, including Director of the Military Management Division at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and Squadron Commander at the U.S. Air National Guard. Constance earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Park University and a Master’s in Management from Baker University.
