With nearly 14 years in the end-user dealer sector and 7 years at Digital Monitoring Products as a Dealer Development Manager and later a Director of Sales, Derek has honed skills in sales strategy and team training. They launched their career in sales at JSM Secure, Inc. and further developed their expertise at Pye-Barker Fire & Safety as the Security Business Development Director. Derek's educational background includes training as an Electronics Technician in the United States Navy.
