Jasmin Sempere is currently the Head of Portfolio Development and M&A at TX Group AG, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as a Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions at Barry Callebaut Group and held various roles at notable firms including PwC Switzerland, where they worked as a Senior Consultant in Corporate Finance/M&A.
