Johannes Wong is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Sr. Director of Platform Engineering at Twist Bioscience and the Sr. Director of DevOps and Application Infrastructure at Art.com. Previously, they held various roles, including Director of Engineering at Walmart eCommerce and Macy's, where they oversaw significant infrastructure projects and led DevOps teams to enhance system performance and reliability. Johannes started their career as a Sr. Systems Architect at Imagitas, Inc., later transitioning to an Infrastructure Engineer role at Tacit Knowledge. They have extensive experience with cloud technologies and have successfully managed large-scale migrations and team development across multiple organizations.
