Emma Telfer is currently the Senior Group Manager of Customer Marketing at Twilio, where they lead a team in customer marketing engagement and program initiatives. They previously held roles at Twilio as a Principal Customer Marketing Manager and as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager at Slack. Emma's experience also includes positions at Anaplan as a Customer Marketing & Advocacy Manager, Copper as a Customer Marketing Manager, and various roles in communications and operations internships. Emma is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Occidental College while also attending Trinity College's Rome Campus.
