This team oversees the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of asset performance, managing tenant relationships, optimizing lease agreements, and implementing value-add initiatives to enhance asset value. They work closely with the other divisions to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.

Asset Management Team

The Leadership Team at TwentyTwo Real Estate oversees the strategic direction and overall operations of the company. Composed of key executives, including the Founder and various Managing Directors, this team ensures alignment across all divisions—Investments, Services, and Technologies. They are responsible for making high-level decisions, driving growth, fostering innovation, and ensuring the company’s mission to create sustainable value and positive societal impact is consistently achieved.
