Balaji RV is a product leader at TVS Motor Company, specializing in R&D and new product development. Since 2013, they have worked in the field of CAE as an FEA engineer, focusing on structural durability and optimization of components, with extensive experience in battery pack durability for electric vehicles. Balaji completed a Master's by Research at the University of Warwick, where they modeled lithium-ion batteries to predict thermal performance, and they have published a paper on this research. Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Balaji has effectively collaborated with cross-functional teams to address customer complaints and testing failures. Additionally, they are currently pursuing an Executive Education program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
