Previously, Sam served as the National Learning and Development Manager at Anchor Hanover Group, where they significantly increased apprenticeship funding and improved onboarding processes. Sam's earlier roles included various positions in learning and development across organizations such as VOSA and Steinhoff UK, contributing to training strategies that directly supported business objectives. With a BSc in Applied Social Science from the University of North London, Sam brings extensive experience in both private and public sectors to their current position.
