Willie Scholtz is currently the Director of Major Projects and Programmes Africa at Turner & Townsend, a position they have held since 2025. They previously served as an Associate Director at EQUATE from 2019 to 2023 and held various roles in quantity surveying, including with Tri-Star Construction and Quanticost Quantity Surveyors. Willie also gained management experience as the Managing Director of Scholtz Developments between 2015 and 2016. They completed their BSc in Quantity Surveying (Honors) at the University of Pretoria in 2013.
