Ryan May, EIT, currently serves as an Assistant Civil Engineer at Turlock Irrigation District since December 2025. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a Senior Project Manager at Mid-Valley Engineering (MVE, Inc.) for nine years, from December 2016 to December 2025. Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, where studies were completed between 2010 and 2016.
