Sevban Demirel is currently the Head of HRBP and Talent Acquisition at Turkish Technology, where they oversee strategic initiatives in human resources. Previously, Sevban worked as an HR BP Senior Manager and HR BP Manager at Türk Telekom, with a notable focus on enhancing workforce efficiency and recruitment processes. Sevban's earlier experience includes serving as a Workforce Efficiency Senior Specialist at Turk Telekom and an HR Specialist at Avea, where they successfully implemented recruitment systems and management models. Sevban began their career as the Head of the English Department and an English Teacher at Özel Erenler Güneş İ.Ö.O. and holds a Bachelor of Education from Boğaziçi Üniversitesi.
