Remzi Ecmel Ece, PhD, currently serves as the Manager of the Additive Manufacturing Department at Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii since June 2022. Ece has an extensive background in engineering, previously working as a project engineer at Nigde University from November 2008 to July 2011 on a TÜBİTAK-supported project. Additionally, Ece accumulated significant experience at Turkish Aerospace from October 2008 to June 2017, holding roles as a Mechanical Systems and Tool Design Engineer and later as Chief Engineer. Ece completed a PhD in Mechanical Science at Gazi Üniversitesi from 2018 to 2022, following a Master of Science in Mechanics of Sheet Materials from Ömer Halisdemir University, where Ece also achieved a top-ranking bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2004 to 2008. Ece further enhanced academic credentials as a guest student at the University of West Bohemia in 2006.
