Tom Dodd is an experienced leader in strategic engagement and management consultancy, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Engagement at Tunstall Healthcare (UK) since July 2025. With a strong background in improving organizational performance through data-driven solutions, Tom has held various significant roles, including as Director at Red Hen Ltd since September 2013, and as a Board Member at Blackwood Homes and Care. Previous positions include Strategy Director at Orion Health, Director of Customer Solutions and Head of Primary Care at Evergreen Life, and Board Member and Company Secretary at Abbeyfield Scotland. Tom's career also includes contributions to Fostering Gateway as Director and Founder, and significant roles at Stirling Council and Barnsley Council. Academically, Tom obtained a PhD in Plant Pathology from The University of Sheffield and a B.Sc. in Botany from Durham University.
