Nicolas Elshout is currently the Head of Performance Marketing and Attribution in Germany, overseeing marketing efforts for TUI Group. They have previously served as the Group Digital Marketing Lead at TUI, where they led global programmatic media buying initiatives. Nicolas also held various marketing roles at companies including Flowtrack BVBA, DASSY professional workwear, and Decathlon Belgium. They earned a Master's degree in Physical Education and Science of Movement from Ghent University and a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing from Hogeschool Gent.
