Dr. Dietmar Deffert is currently the Group Director of Integrity & Compliance at TUI, where they focus on the development of compliance management systems and conduct integrity training. Previously, Dr. Deffert served as the Regional Chief Compliance & Security Officer for Europe at Schaeffler and held roles as a Compliance Officer at Bilfinger and Rechtsanwalt at DLA Piper and Clifford Chance.
