Sarah McPake is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational culture, currently serving as the Head of Performance and Head of Talent Learning & Culture at TSB Bank since July 2017. With a focus on culture, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and leadership development, Sarah has held senior roles at Lloyd's and Radley Yeldar, enhancing employee communication and engagement strategies. Educationally, Sarah holds a BA(Hons) in French and Linguistics from the University of Oxford and a Master of Arts in Intercultural Communication for Business and Professions from Birkbeck, University of London.
