Usman Ahmad has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2005 when they were a Computer Services Student at Guernsey Police. There, they provided general technical support and developed a Computer Services Helpdesk/Knowledge base system for logging and solving technical support issues. In 2007, they became a Second Line Support Engineer, Customer Support at Webroot, where they facilitated all support requests on both the Webroot SaaS E-mail and Web filtering services. From 2010 to 2014, Usman was the QA Manager at Natterbox Limited, managing a team of test engineers to carry out Quality Assurance within the Telecommunications environment. During this time, they also worked as a Project Associate at JPMorgan Chase and a Co-Founder at Audava Limited. In 2015, Usman became a Level 1 ASI Engineer at Etrali Trading Solutions. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Risk & Compliance Delivery Engineer at IPC Systems, Inc. and, most recently, in 2018, they became the Lead Engineer, Voice Compliance Practice at Trusted Data Solutions.
Usman Ahmad attended Bournemouth University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a BSc in Business Information Technology.
