Paul J. Kasnic is the Senior Vice President and Retail Region Leader for the South Florida region at Truist, where they oversee retail branch banking across 120 branches and more than 750 teammates. Since joining Truist in 2019, Paul has been recognized with multiple Performance Awards. Prior to this, they held leadership roles at Capital One and SunTrust, including overseeing branch operations and managing teams during significant mergers. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Social Science from Florida State University and completed a Project Management program at Georgetown University.
