Ellie Laughinghouse Crout is currently the Assistant Vice President and Credit Operations Business Analyst III at Truist, where they support high-risk remediations and process improvements for the Consumer Lending Servicing Non-Monetary Servicing team. Previously, they held various roles at Truist, including Hub Operations Officer I and II, as well as Better Day Ambassador. Early in their career, they gained experience in customer service and operations at CPW's Fine Food & Spirits and Carolina Women's Physicians, PA, among others. Ellie has also worked at BB&T as a Teller Supervisor I and Branch Banker III.
