Wittaya Thongphasuk is currently the Head of the Fulfilment Department at True Corporation, where they enhance operational efficiency in order fulfilment and lead significant projects like the BG Forum and B2B Operations War Room. With over 20 years of experience, Wittaya previously served as Vice President and Head of Collection Management at DTAC, developing debt collection strategies and improving operational efficiency. They also held roles as Division Manager of Corporate Strategy at Kasikornbank and Senior Engineering Consultant at True Corporation. Wittaya earned a Master of Business Administration from Thammasat University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Chulalongkorn University.
