Sherif ElRakabawy is a co-founder and vice chairman of TRU, where they serve as a founding partner and CEO, overseeing operations since 2019. They have also been a founding partner and CEO of Yaoota since 2013 and act as a strategy consultant for various financial institutions, governments, and startups. Sherif previously worked as an associate at Booz & Company from 2010 to 2012 and served as an assistant professor at the American University in Cairo from 2012 to 2015. Sherif holds multiple degrees, including an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a PhD from Leipzig University.
