Ola By Rise is the Municipal Director of Culture and Sport in Trondheim kommune, a position held since 2016. They possess a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and have extensive experience in football coaching, serving at top clubs like RBK and the Norwegian National Team. With a background as a journalist spanning over a decade, Ola also held roles as a senior consultant in organizational development and was a Managing Director at NRK radio.
