Alberto Cortesi is the Chief Operations Officer at Tristone Flowtech Group, where they have been enhancing operational procedures since May 2020, first as Managing Director and now in their current role. They focus on streamlining processes and applying a methodical, data-driven approach to problem-solving, which has led to significant performance improvements. Prior to their current position, they successfully recovered plant profitability and established new strategic plans, achieving over-budget EBIT and cash flow performance for fiscal years 2021 and 2022. Alberto holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, earned between 1994 and 1997.
