Allison Halpern is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at TriSearch, an international talent acquisition firm recognized as one of America's Best Recruiting Firms by Forbes in 2023. Based in New York, Allison has over seventeen years of experience in the industry, managing key client relationships and making placements across various functions and industries. Prior to TriSearch, Allison co-founded TriWorth and served as Executive Vice President at JobPlex, where they led research efforts for the east coast division of DHR International. Allison holds a BS in Economics from the State University of New York, Oneonta, and an MBA from St. John's University.
