Offering a continuum of care, Trinity Village has life-lease town homes, an assisted living retirement residence, a long term care centre and an Adult Day Program for seniors in the Waterloo Region. Trinity Village is a not-for-profit organization owned by Lutheran Homes Kitchener-Waterloo. The services of Trinity Village are available to all members of the community.

Comprised of roles such as Registered Nurse, Director of Resident Care, Public Health Nurse, Nutrition Manager, and Retirement Manager, the team provides comprehensive medical care, manages nutrition programs, oversees daily health routines, and coordinates care plans tailored to each individual's needs within the continuum of care from assisted living to long-term care.

The Human Resources Team at Trinity Village is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and retention to ensure a supportive and effective work environment. They handle staffing and scheduling, ensuring that the retirement community is adequately staffed to provide top-level care.
