Tom Grimsley is the Director of Operations at Trinity Logistics, where they have applied their extensive experience in the logistics industry since 1998. Starting their career as a carrier sales representative at a small start-up, they quickly advanced to team lead and then Operations Manager, contributing to significant growth before the company was sold to a Fortune 500 firm. In 2011, they joined Granite Logistics LLC as Operations Manager, where they helped expand the team from five to seventy employees and established a second branch in Minneapolis. Tom continues to enhance their expertise at St. Cloud Technical and Community College, furthering their education while leading operations at Trinity Logistics.
